The Biggio's Experience

Banish all the stereotypes about sports bars—Biggio’s puts a new spin on game-day dining and drinks. Our sleek two-level bar and restaurant at the Marriott Marquis Hotel combines the best of all worlds—a lively, casual atmosphere, more than 30 screens for catching your favorite sporting event, and a tempting chef-driven menu.

Named after local legend, Houston Astros' Craig Biggio, the restaurant offers elevated takes on signature sports bar dishes including burgers, nachos, wings and chili, along with salads, flatbreads, cocktails and more than 20 beers on tap.

A stylish lounge area, private viewing booths, reclining leather chairs and two 30-foot tall screens create an unparalleled experience for sports lovers. That includes ample outlets for charging devices and staying connected on social media. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a patio overlooking the George R. Brown Convention Center and Discovery Green.

Biggio's is an ideal venue for groups and special events game time or anytime, and is also great for families, business travelers and anyone looking for a welcoming spot to enjoy a drink or savor a local bite.

Coming in on a game day? When the Astros play at home, we offer a condensed menu the hour before and after the game for quicker, more convenient service.

Our Namesake

Biggio's is proudly named after local legend, Craig Biggio, a beloved Houston Astros player who was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2015. Craig, who consulted with the Biggio's team on the restaurant, was a second baseman, outfielder and catcher for the Astros, where his career spanned the year 1988 through 2007. He is now a special assistant to the General Manager of the team, working on major and minor league player development, the amateur draft and scouting, and talent evaluation. Craig is also proud to participate in the club's community development program.

Craig is devoted to the local community and is a spokesperson for the Sunshine Kids Foundation, which supports children fighting cancer and their families. Craig and his family live in Houston and can often be spotted enjoying a meal here at Biggio's.
